From IHOP to Alpaca: Breathing New Life into Raleigh’s Hillsborough Street

We are thrilled to announce the completion of our latest project: Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken on Hillsborough St. in Raleigh.

This project was particularly special to us as it involved adaptive reuse, bringing new life to the old IHOP building in Downtown Raleigh. It’s incredible to see how this transformation has revitalized the space and added a fresh, vibrant energy to the area.

A huge congratulations to the Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken team for their vision and dedication to making this project a success. We are proud to have been part of this journey and can’t wait for the Raleigh community to enjoy this unique and delicious dining experience.

If you’re in the area, be sure to check it out and support this wonderful addition to Hillsborough Street.
