From Benchmark Community Bank’s new location to the ground-up construction of Alpaca restaurant, these ventures exemplify our dedication to quality buildings and strong relationships.
Benchmark Community Bank – A Familiar Face in a New Space
Our team has been hard at work on the renovation of an existing building that will soon house the new location of Benchmark Community Bank. With a total floor area of 4128 square feet, this project involves the transformation of an older structure into a modern, functional space that will serve the community’s banking needs.
Remodel and Renewal: We’re excited to report that the demolition phase is now complete. Our skilled workers are currently busy hanging new sheetrock, bringing life and vitality back to this space.
A Repeat Customer: Benchmark Community Bank is not new to our portfolio. A few years ago, we had the privilege of remodeling an existing building for them in Youngsville. It’s an honor to have a repeat customer who trusts us to deliver excellence once again.

Alpaca – At the Intersection of Dining and Architecture
In addition to the bank project, we’re also thrilled to be a part of the creation of Alpaca, a 3400 square foot restaurant that promises to be a delicious dining choice in Wake Forest.
From the Ground Up: Alpaca is being built from the ground-up. The site work is complete, and we’re currently in the process of framing and standing up walls that will define the restaurant’s layout and ambiance.
