Work is underway on a 10-acre redevelopment vision at the north end of downtown Wake Forest that will amplify the town’s appeal as a “live, work, and play” destination.
The project is a new Food Hall and the building is a preservation project of a one-time S&W Chevrolet dealership. We recently completed the underground portion in this 80-year-old building and it is ready for concrete to be put back. Learn more about all of our services and capabilities here.

Things are also off to a great start over at Corporate Chaplains Of America’s new corporate headquarters in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Upon completion this 8,000 SF design-build project will give the Corporate Chaplains team fresh new offices, training space, a gym, and studio. We’ve enjoyed collaborating with our design partners at Design Development Architects and Ryan Peterman of Trinity Partners.
