Focus Design Builders is proud to have partnered with Artisan Beer & Cheese to bring a new culinary destination to life in the heart of Rolesville, NC. Located in the growing Cobblestone mixed-use development, Artisan Beer & Cheese is a vibrant addition to the community. The space offers charcuterie, small sandwiches, craft beer, and wine, all under the leadership of Executive Chef and first-time owner Brian Jenzer.
Our work on this 2,300-square-foot upfit project was smooth and efficient, despite the ever-present challenge of tight schedules. Getting businesses moved in and operational on time is something we take seriously, and we were thrilled to deliver Artisan Beer & Cheese on schedule, ready for their highly anticipated opening day.
A true standout feature of this project was the custom trim work. Every strip was hand cut on-site, stained, meticulously aligned, and nailed against a perfectly painted background. The level of detail and craftsmanship required was significant, but the end result speaks for itself—an elegant, handcrafted finish that adds warmth and character to the space.
