As the business strategy for this particular location meant the owner did not wish to purchase the land directly, Focus was not only responsible for the construction, but also for finding K-Flex a financial partner who could buy the property, then lease the building back to K-Flex. Through our industry contacts, Focus was able to locate and secure exactly the partner K-Flex needed.
