When Keller Williams Preferred needed a full interior upfit for their new 13,000-square-foot office in The Legacy at Brier Creek, we were proud to partner with JDavis Architects to bring their vision to life. This single-story space had to support the dynamic nature of a fast-paced real estate franchise.
Our work transformed a raw space into a polished, highly functional environment featuring 50 private offices, two conference rooms, and a large training room that can flex to meet a variety of needs. The layout also includes a warm and welcoming reception area, break room, copy/mail space, and two intentionally designed collaborative areas that invite both spontaneous conversation and focused teamwork.
