Since 2010, we have worked with Truett-McConnell in high level master planning as the school made the transition from College to University. Between 2010 and 2017, implementation of this planning included our construction of a Dining Hall addition and renovation that also created space to house the University’s nursing program, an Administrative Building addition to include classrooms and laboratories, multiple athletic fields, and a new dormitory. Our team also fully designed a 69,000 SF, 3,500 seat Chapel and Fine Arts building, which the University hopes to build in the coming years.
In 2017 we completed the George Blaurock Student Wellness Center. The nearly 80,000 SF facility encompasses a walking track, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a leisure swimming pool, two racquetball courts, three full basketball courts, an aerobics classroom, locker rooms, business offices, a restaurant, a student lounge, and a concession stand.
