Located in Holly Springs, NC, The Block on Main was a key part of the town’s downtown revitalization efforts. Spanning 60,000 sq ft, this three-story building includes a below-grade parking garage, retail space, and office space. As one of two major transformational projects in downtown Holly Springs, this development played a crucial role in the area’s rejuvenation.

The project was undertaken for a private developer, with approximately two years spent in pre-construction and 14 months on the build-out. The focus on delivering high-quality work was paramount, as every detail needed to be executed perfectly for the design to shine in the real world. The Block on Main features unique elements such as intricate cornice work, distinctive glass and roofing designs with stepped sections, and beautiful masonry work.

Our pre-construction process was instrumental in ensuring the success of this project. It allowed us to pre-qualify the right partners, ensuring quality work from skilled professionals. This thorough planning and careful selection of partners were key to achieving the high standards required for this project.
